Tulips!

The spring flower show at Phipps was all about Tulips. Tulips in every color under the sun and in every size as well.

Here are a few of the beautiful flowers I saw today. I took over 200 pictures today, so there will be lots more in the days to come.

These little bobble head dolls were on display at Perkins last Sunday. It was hard not to get the reflection of my camera in the shots, but a few of them came out ok.

This was hanging up above the salad bar at Lorraine's Restaurant where I had dinner yesterday. I took two shots of it, and I think the employees thought I was nuts. Little do they know they were right!

The Houses On The Island

The homes near the Wheeling Island casino are all gorgeous, big, beautiful Victorian type houses. Some of them are painted brilliant colors as well.



And if you look very closely at this house, you'll see that someone didn't feel like taking down their Christmas lights!

On The Banks Of The Ohio

Isn't that an Olivia Newton-John song? I think so. Either way I thought of that song as I was snapping these shots in Wheeling, WV last weekend.

I snapped this shot in Atlantic City at the Fantasea Reef Buffet at Harrah's on the Marina, where the breakfast is to die for.

A Gaggle Of Geese

These guys were hanging out in the parking lot at Wheeling Island on Sunday. Gambling geese? Ya never know!

Covered Bridges

A friend and I went for a drive in the country. I had always wanted to take a few pictures of the covered bridges in the area, and yesterday was almost the perfect day for it. It would have been more perfect, had it not been freezing.

The Raging Mulch Fire

As seen from from the top of the hill, about a block from where I live. I actually drove through the smoke yesterday on the way home from Walmart. Two words: Not fun!

Froggy!

At my hairstylist there's a rather nice size fish tank. While I waited for my father to pick me up, I noticed that there were more than just fishies swimming around inside.

These are shots of one of the albino frogs.




There are two and one normal one that I couldn't capture because he was swimming about too fast.
