The Henry Bridge

Washington County has over twenty covered bridges, second only to Lancaster County in the heart of Amish Country. Four of the bridges are less than 15 miles from my house. This is one of the bridges located in Mingo Creek Park.

Phipps Conservatory At Twilight

Here are some photos of the conservatory as we were leaving the city yesterday. The sun setting against the glass is gorgeous in my opinion. I hope you like them too.

The Scarecrows of Hallowboo

Idlewild Park makes things look so adorable at Halloween. If you have a child, or if you're a child at heart and you love this amusement park, make time to get there during the Oct month on the weekends. Hallowboo is sweet and fun for everyone.

Look at these scarecrows!

The Tree Tunnel

Since beginning my new/old job last January, I've noticed that the trees facing away from our mailbox look like a tunnel. I've waited all year to get a perfect shot of them as the colors changed. This week I decided to take my chances and take a few shots with my old Easyshare.

The changing seasons

The leaves are starting to change and fall from the trees near my office. It's amazing how lovely they can look even with the eyesore of old construction equipment nearby. I managed to get some shots without the offending equipment in the way. The results are quite lovely.
