PPG Place is just too beautiful to neglect. Outside there's the gi-normous Christmas tree and ice rink and in the Arcade is the Winter Garden with yet another tree to dazzle the eyes.

For the last two weekends I've been captivated by the beauty that was created here.

Phipps Winter Show

There's always beauty to be found at Phipps, even when I don't feel that the show is very imaginative, and this holiday's show left a lot to be desired. However, the forest creatures that were the theme of the show were so cute that they almost made up for the lack of color and the lack of inspiration at the conservatory.

These pigeons aren't nearly as friendly as the ones my sister and I encountered in Atlantic City this summer, but then again, we didn't have any funnel cake to offer them.






But from the looks of these birds, they are definitely not hurting for food!
